Join me on September 27th for a morning of movement, breathwork, brunch, and music in the beautiful Garden at Amara in Belmont.
The experience begins with breathwork and movement from 9:30–10:30AM, followed by brunch at 10:30 AM and a live DJ set. This event is designed to create an intentional space for anyone looking to reset, connect, and set the tone for the day.
Tickets are $100 per person, inclusive of the movement and breathwork session, a curated Amara brunch menu, tax, and gratuity.
